Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email at the address provided during checkout.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.
The Bald Comb is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. The Bald Comb is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
The Bald Comb is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly and retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim purposes. You may also contact us at support@thebaldcomb.shop, and we will assist where possible.
